Zionist forces launch raids, arrests in West Bank
SANAA, March 31 (YPA) – The Zionist enemy forces launched onTuesday a campaign of raids and arrests interspersed with clashes in separate areas of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian sources said that a large military force stormed the town of Copper, northwest of Ramallah, arrested a liberated prisoner, Omar Barghouti, 67, and his son, and carried out searches inside the house and tampering with its contents.
The sources added that the enemy forces arrested the leader of the Fatah movement Mahmoud Marar during storming of his house in Ramallah and confiscated his car, while the soldiers conducted searches and sabotage inside the house in search of a weapon, while large forces of infantry soldiers stormed the homes of his brothers in the village of Badras, west of Ramallah, and tampered with the contents of their homes.
Clashes erupted between dozens of Palestinian youths and enemy forces in the village, and clashes erupted in the city of Ramallah, during which soldiers fired live and metal bullets and poison gas.
The enemy forces also arrested a young man from his family’s home in Al-Bireh.
