Sabiha tribes present strongest threat to coalition’s forces
LAHJ, Feb. 22 (YPA) – Al-Sabiha tribes in Lahj province on Saturday gathered dozens of their fighters, after the kidnapping of Saudi forces military leaders from the tribe in the city of Aden, south of Yemen.
According to local sources in the province, Al-Sabiha tribes announced gathering of armed tribal, following the kidnapping of the Saudi forces, the commander of the “Al-Sabiha Resistance” brigade, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Talbi, and the staff of Major General Bash Muhammad al-Aghbari, and their companions, from a hotel in Aden.
The Sabiha tribes have threatened the coalition leadership to cut off the supply route for the coalition militants in the west coast, in the event that the kidnapped military leaders are not released.
The tribes considered that the arrest of the military leaders from among the tribesmen was a great insult to all the sons of Sabiha, which provided hundreds of dead and wounded in the ranks of the coalition.
The Sabiha tribes, the leadership of the Saudi forces, in Aden, called for the release of military leaders, without restriction or condition.
The Saudi occupation forces, in the early hours of Saturday, raided a hotel in the city of Aden, and carried out the process of arresting a number of military leaders, including military leaders and their companions from al-Sabiha tribe.
