Four family members drown in Bayda province

BAYDA, April 29 –(YPA) – At least Four family members drowned, including a “groom”, in the city of al-Bayda dam, according to local sources.

Local sources said that Khaled Abdel Rahman al-Kashemimi died on Saturday afternoon when he went out with his bride and several others relatives on a family picnic after spending more than 15 days of his marriage.

The sources confirmed that Khaled had died in front of the eyes his bride with his brother, Abdelkhalek, and his sister and the wife of his brother-in-law, all of them were drowned in the dam of al-Bayda city.

The incident caused a lot of grief and pain in the hearts of all citizens of Bayda province, especially as the family’s joy did not last for more than 15 days of their wedding.
