Ukraine President rejects resignation of Prime Minister
SANAA, Jan. 18 (YPA) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejected the resignation request made by his prime minister, “Alexei Goncharuk”.
The Ukrainian President said after his meeting with the Prime Minister on Friday evening: “I managed and it seemed to me that it was right to give you and your government a chance.”
Thus, the Prime Minister remains in office after his remarks, which sparked great controversy.
Hours earlier, the Ukrainian Prime Minister said on Facebook social media: “To remove any doubts about my appreciation and my trust in the president, I wrote my resignation and submitted it to him.”
This came after he showed an audio clip of the Ukrainian Prime Minister speaking in which the President has a “very primitive” perception of the economy and a limited ability to learn in this field.
Ukrainian Prime Minister “Goncharuk” later confirmed that much had been achieved under the leadership of the President.
