Aden city plunges into darkness

ADEN, Dec. 3 (YPA) – The electricity system in the occupied Aden province on Tuesday got out of service due to deliberate tampering with the cables operating Bagarsh power plant in Khor Maksar district.

Sources accused militias of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council of cutting power cables and bringing Aden into darkness.

The sources said that the transitional council’s elements seek to increase the citizens’ indignation at Hadi’s government and thus to take out in demonstrations and marches demanding its departure, especially as it is unable to provide the most basic services to them.
