Presidential Office’s Director stresses on full care for prison inmates

SANAA, Nov. 12 (YPA) – Head of the Presidential Office Ahmed Hamed on Tuesday stressed the importance of giving prison inmates the full care and improving service and health aspects in prisons.

This came during a meeting, attended by Attorney General Judge Nabil al-Azzani, Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Ahmed Al-Aqeedah, Interior Minister Major General Abdulkarim al-Houthi and Finance Minister Sharaf al-Din al-Kohlani, to discuss the problems of prisons, and ways to improve the conditions of prisons and prisoners.

In the meeting, Hamed urged all security services and the justice system to work to correct the conditions of prisons and solve the problems faced by the central reformatories and prisons in the capital Sanaa and the provinces according to directives of the Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi and President Mahdi al-Mashat in this regard.
