Gov’t should carry out maintenance of gas cylinders: Parliament

SANAA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – The Parliament in its meeting on Tuesday stressed that the government should implement the periodic maintenance of gas cylinders, calling on the relevant authorities to continuously observe the distribution of oil derivatives and domestic gas.

This came during the discussion of the report of the Committee on Development, oil and Mineral Resources Committee on the results of its follow-up to the crisis of oil derivatives and domestic gas at the capital Sanaa and a number of provinces.

The parliament members stressed that the government should commit to the implementation of all the recommendations issued by the parliament regarding the provision of the oil derivatives and domestic gas to citizens at affordable prices.
