Palestinian youth killed by Israeli fire in south of Tulkarm

SANAA, Oct. 19 (YPA) – An unidentified young man was shot dead by the Israeli occupation army on Friday evening at the Jabbara checkpoint south of Tulkarm.

The Ministry of Health confirmed the young man’s death, after it was officially notified.

The Red Crescent reported that the Central Operations Room had received a report from the Israeli army stating that a young man had been shot by soldiers.

Medical staff were waiting to be allowed to arrive and receive the injured person before he was pronounced dead.

Hebrew media claimed that Israeli soldiers fired at a young man who tried to carry out a stabbing attack at the Jabbara checkpoint.
