Hundreds stage protest rally in Taiz

TAIZ, Oct. 17 (YPA) – Hundreds of people staged on Thursday in Taiz city a protest rally to express solidarity with cleanliness workers to demand paying their salaries.

A the rally, the protesters raised banners and slogans demanding Islah party’s leadership to pay the salaries, which have been suspended for five months.

Taiz has seen a lot of garbage thrown into streets and neighborhoods of the city, which may lead to the spread of deadly diseases and epidemics.
