Prisoners Affairs Authority announces release of 13 prisoners in local exchange deal

SANAA, Sept. 27 (YPA) – The National Authority for Prisoners Affairs announced on Friday the release of 13 prisoners of the army and the Popular Committees on the fronts of Jawf and Shabwa.
The chairman of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs Abdulqader Al-Mortada said that the liberation of the 13 prisoners was done through local mediation in Jawf and Shabwa.
