Child wounded, homes damaged in coalition shelling on Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Sept. 26 (YPA) – A child was injured, civilian houses were damaged and property losses were reported due to intensive bombardment of Saudi-led coalition forces with various types of heavy and medium weapons in Hodeidah province during the past hours.

According to a security source in the province, a child was wounded Wednesday night by machine-gun fire of the coalition forces in Jabaliyah area in al-Tuhita district.

The source confirmed that the coalition forces on Thursday bombarded with artillery and machine guns al-Jah district of Beit al-Faqih district, and targeted citizens’ farms in Kilo 16 area, which caused large damage to civilians’ homes and property.
