UAE-backed militias deployed heavily in Aden’s streets

ADEN, Sept. 23 (YPA) – The Southern Transitional Council militias backed by the United Arab Emirates on Sunday deployed heavily in most areas of the southern port city of Aden, local sources reported.

According to the sources, STC militias have mobilized their armed men in various areas of Mansoura, al-Safenah roundabout tour, the Aden International Market, the 90’s line and the Cairo roundabout.

The sources said that transitional militias carried out a large-scale raid against the homes of military leaders loyal to the Saudi-backed government and looted their contents.

The UAE-backed militias raided the homes of two military leaders loyal to Hadi’s government, are “Khalid Haidarah al-Zamki, and Amin al-Zamki” located in the Khor Maksar area of Aden province, southern Yemen, and looted its contents.
