Update: Yemeni army repels Saudi-led mercenaries attack in Asir

ASIR, Sept. 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Wednesday repelled an infiltration attempt carried out by mercenaries hired by Saudi-led coalition in Asir, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the army forces foiled the mercenaries’ attacks, from two tacks, on army’s positions in Abwab al-Hadeed area, inflicting on them heavy casualties.

Earlier in the day, the missile forces fired three Zilizal-1 missiles on gatherings of Saudi army and its mercenaries in front of Alb crossing border area, causing district casualties in their ranks.
