Report: 9 civilians killed, 6 injured in 37 Saudi-led coalition airstrikes, attacks on Yemen during one day
SANAA, Jan 23 (Saba) – At least nine Yemeni civilians were killed, including children, and six wounded when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition waged over 37 airstrikes and ground attacks on several provinces of Yemen over Monday, a according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

- In northern province of Saada:
Seven family-members were killed, including five children, and five others seriously injured when the warplane of coalition launched a raid on their home in Masaebah area of Sohar district.
A man and his pregnant wife were killed in an airstrike which targeted their homes in Azqule area of Sohar.
A civilian from Razih district was injured by Saudi border guards’ fire.
Four airstrikes hit Mahadha area.
Two air raids waged on Sabr valley of Sohar district.
Five air raids hit Shahda border district.
The warplanes launched two raids on Ghmar and Shabaan areas in Razih border district.
Three airstrikes hit Aal-Ali area in Razeh.
The aircrafts of coalition launched six raids on Mahahidh , Manzalah and Hasamah areas of Dhaher district.
Artillery and missile forces of the Saudi army shelled Munabeh district, Ghur area of Ghamer district, and western areas of Munabeh border district.
- In the capital Sanaa:
The warplanes launched two airstrikes on the state television station, damaging the building, nearby residents’ homes and shops.
- In Jawf province:
The coalition launched six air strikes on Subla and Utemah areas of Kub-washaaf district.
- In Taiz province:
Artillery of the Saudi-allied militias targeted University of Science in Sala district, causing material damage.
- In Saudi border province of Jizan:
The US-backed Saud-led coalition warplanes waged five strikes on Tuliq and Qanbura mountain, and Ahmed-Salman mountain.
