JIZAN, Sept. 12 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Thursday inflicted the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries heavy casualties in several attack on sites in Jizan border province, a military official said.
According to the official, the army waged an attack on sites of the mercenaries in al-Nar mountain, killing and wounding a number of the mercenaries.
Earlier in the day, the unit of the army’s snipers shot dead two coalition fighters in Jahfan sites in the same province.
These casualties came in less than 24 hours after the army and the popular forces had foiled attacks carried out by the coalition forces and its mercenaries in al-Taweel crossing point.
The official affirmed that the army fired artillery at Mashal sites off Qais mountain in Jizan, killing and wounding a number of the mercenaries, including Saudi soldiers.
