Dozens of Hadi forces killed, wounded by transitional militias in Abyan

ABYAN, Sept. 10 (YPA) – The United Arab Emirates’ transitional militias on Monday destroyed military vehicles belonging to Hadi forces and Saudi-backed Islah militias in Al-Mahfed district of Abyan province.
Local sources reported that the transitional gunmen destroyed two weapons trucks with crews and vehicles with soldiers and a large military equipment that led to the death and injury of several Hadi forces.
The sources pointed out that armed confrontations took place between the transitional militias and Hadi’s forces in Al-Mehfad, which was on its way to the coastal city of Shakra, and the transitional militias succeeded in obstructing the progress of Hadi’s forces, burning their armor and vehicles and killing many of their recruits.
