Drone attacks target Najran regional airport in Saudi Arabia

NAJRAN, Aug.29 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Thursday waged a fresh wide-scale aerial attacks on Najran Regional Airport, southern Saudi Arabia.

Military spokesman Yahya Sarei said that a number of Qasif-2k drones have attacked fortifications of Saudi warplanes at Najran airport.

He added that the attack hit the target with precision and disrupted air navigation at the airport.

Sarei confirmed that the attack comes in response to “the crimes of the Saudi-led coalition and the continued blockade against the Yemeni people.”
