Five Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrike on Gaza City

GAZA, Aug. 11 (YPA) – At least five Palestinian civilians were killed on Sunday evening in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza City.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), Israeli warplanes targeted a falafel stand in the Sabra neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, killing five and injuring several others.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation backed by the United States, has continued to commit acts of genocide in Gaza, resulting in more than 214,000 Palestinians killed or injured, the majority of whom are children and women.

In addition, over 9,000 people are missing, alongside hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals.
