Yemeni Bar Association calls for lifting air embargo on Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 29 (YPA) – The Yemeni Bar Association on Thursday called for lifting the air embargo on Yemen, opening the airports of Sana’a, Al-Rayyan, Hodeidah and Taiz and removing all obstacles to air traffic.

In a pose in front of Sanaa International Airport, the Yemeni Bar Association appealed to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to facilitate and protect international air traffic and ensure its safety.

The Association called on all to work to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people through pressure on the countries of the aggression coalition, the United Nations and the UN Security Council to lift the air embargo and open Sanaa International Airport and other airports.
