Dozens of pro-Hadi troops killed in UAE airstrikes on Aden

ADEN, Aug. 29 (YPA) – Dozens of Hadi’s troops and Islah Party militants were killed and injured in air strikes waged by UAE’s aircrafts on military gatherings in the occupied provinces of Aden and Abyan.

Media officials loyal to Hadi’s government admitted that air raids carried out by the UAE fighter jets targeted large military gatherings of Hadi forces and Islah militias at the entrances of Aden city and in Zinjbar city of Abyan province, killing dozens, including military leaders, and injuring more than 150 others.

“Today, the UAE is bombing the noblest commanders, like it had already bombed heroes of al-Abr camp and did not apologize,” said Sam al-Ghobari, a pro-Hadi government journalist, on Twitter.

In its first response, Hadi’s government condemned the aerial bombardment launched by the UAE on its government forces in Aden and Zinjbar in Abyan province.

Activists on social media circulated a video documenting the targeting of large military gatherings of Hadi’s forces in Aden by UAE warplanes.
