Saudi military forces to control Yemen’s Shabwa

SHABAWA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – Large Saudi military forces on Thursday arrived in Shabwa province, southeast of Yemen, to take control of the province.

According to sources, the Saudi force would replace the UAE-backed militias if Hadi government decided the exit of the UAE from the coalition of aggression on Yemen.

Political observers considered that the dispatch of Saudi forces to the province of Shabwa comes within the conflict of interests and the sharing of natural resources between the Emirati and Saudi occupiers in all southern provinces.
