SAADA, Aug. 19 (YPA) – A civilian was seriously wounded on Monday by Saudi-led coalition forces’ shelling on populated areas in the northern province of Saada, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
The border district of Shed was exposed to a Saudi artillery bombardment, which led to the injuring of a citizen and caused damage to citizens’ homes and property, the official explained.
He added that the coalition warplanes waged two air raids on al-Ja’malah area in Majaz district.
On Sunday, the coalition aircrafts launched more than 10 airstrikes on Saada, including eight on Marran district and others on several areas in al-Dhaher district, leaving damage and losses.
