ADEN, Aug. 11 (YPA) – At least 40 people were killed and 260 injured in Aden since August 8 as initial reports indicated, United Nations said on Sunday.
UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Yemen said in a statement that Initial reports indicate that up to 40 people were killed and 260 wounded in the southern port city of Aden since August 8, when the latest wave of fighting erupted.
The city of Aden has seen tensions in recent days between the “security belt” forces loyal to the UAE and forces loyal to the government of the exiled Hadi.
