Army launches offensive on coalition’s positions in Bayda

BAYDA, July 13 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Saturday launched an attack on positions of Saudi-led coalition mercenarires in Bayda province, central of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the battle, which took place in Qaifah district left dozens of the Saudi-hired mercenaries dead and wounded.

The attack inflicted heavy casualties on the mercenaries’ ranks, the official said.
