10 people injured in chemical attack in British city of Leicester

SANAA, July 8 (YPA) – Ten people were taken to hospital on Sunday evening after being attacked by a chemical attack outside a bar in the British city of Leicester, according to The site “Russia Today

British media said, the attack was sprayed with ammonia material during a large brawl, injuring 10 people, including three policemen, who were taken for treatment at Leicester Royal Hospital.

The sources said, according to the newspaper Evening Standard British, that a group carrying baseball batchers broke the cricket bar in Ilston, a suburb of Leicester.

The same sources confirmed that police arrested five people, including a woman, in the wake of the incident.
