President discusses SCER’s plans, difficulties facing its work

SANAA, April 11 (YPA) – President Saleh Al-Sammad on Wednesday discussed plans and programs of the Supreme Commission of Elections and Referendum (SCER), as well as difficulties facing its work.

This came during the president’s meeting with Chairman of the SCER, Judge Mohammed Al-Hakimi, and its members in presence of the Parliament’s Speaker, Yahya Al-Raei.

The president referred to the importance of the Commission’s role, affirming that no one doubts the integrity, patriotism and neutrality of its members and cadres.

“We are ready to facilitate difficulties and obstacles that hinder the Commission’s work,” the president said, praising steadfastness and efforts of its cadres.
