14 Fire in Gaza envelope settlements caused by burning balloons

SANAA, June 25 (YPA) – A number of fires on Monday evening broke out in Zionist settlements in the Gaza enclave, by fire balloons fired from the sector,  according to the Hebrew media.

The Hebrew site 0404 Hebrew said “At least 14 fires erupted in different places of the settlements of the atmosphere by the balloons fired from the sector.”

The Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that a number of these fires were described as large and dozens of dunums of agricultural land were destroyed.

Palestinians are firing balloons and kites towards the settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip in response to the refusal of the enemy to implement the terms of the understandings of the truce, including breaking the siege on the sector, and the targeting of peaceful demonstrators in the return marches.
