JAWF, June 2 (YPA) – Dozens of Saudi-led coalition soldiers were killed and others injured on Sunday during attacks carried out by the Yemeni army and popular committees in several fronts of Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The official said that the army’s missile force fired Katyusha rockets on gatherings of the coalition forces at al-Hazm Compound, which left casualties in their ranks.
Other groups of the coalition troops were killed and injured in artillery shelling targeted them in al-Moton and al-Ghail fronts, the official added.
On Saturday, the artillery of the army and popular committees pounded the coalition forces’ gatherings in Waqaz area in al-Saqiya front and in Ham front, inflicting heavy losses on the coalition troops.
