SANAA, April 25 (YPA) -A new explosion reported in Pugoda city, 40 kilometers east of the Sri Lankan capital, Colombo, official media reported on Thursday.
No casualties have been reported to the moment, and the relevant authorities are investigating the cause of the explosion.
A wave of violent bombings targeting churches and hotels in Sri Lanka on Sunday coincided with Easter celebrations, killing at least 359 people and injuring some 500 others.
According to the Sri Lankan police, six explosions targeted three luxury hotels, a church in Colombo and two other churches close to the capital, one to the north of Colombo and the other to the east of the island.
