SANAA, April 13 (YPA) – North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said the breakdown of talks with the United States has increased the risk of a return to the previous tense, stressing that he would not be interested in meeting US President Donald Trump again if the United States comes with the right attitude, according to KCNA
Kim also said he would wait “till the end of this year” for a US decision, the official Korean Central News Agency reported on Saturday.
“What the United States has to do is stop the way things are being calculated and come up with new accounts,” Kim said in a speech to the Supreme People’s Assembly on Friday
Trump and Kim met twice, the first in Hanoi in February and the second in Singapore in June, but they failed to agree because Washington insisted on disarming North Korea free of charge only as a future promise of lifting sanctions.
