Cholera in Hajjah kills 25 people in 2019

HAJJAH, April 11 (YPA) –  25 people have been died over 15,000 others inflicted due to the spread of the cholera epidemic in Hajjah province since the beginning of the year, according to a Hajjah Health Office report on Thursday.

The report said that the health sector faces a shortage of treatment centers and medicines to continue to combat cholera.

It pointed out that the sector also suffers from lack of intravenous solutions and treatments to combat the epidemic as a result of the war and the siege imposed by the Saudi-led coalition on the Yemeni people.
