Democrats win House of Representatives

SANAA, Nov. 7 (YPA) – The Democrats have won control of the House of Representatives while Republicans preserve control of the Senate, the NBC TV station reported on Tuesday.

Fox News reported earlier that Democrats were on their way to win the House of Representatives in the US midterm elections of the Congress.

According to the two channels, Democrats will be able to grab the 23 seats required to win the majority, after they overcame Republican candidates in swing states such as Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania and Colorado in an election labelled as a referendum on the performance of President Donald Trump.
