Report: 8 civilians killed in Saudi-led air, ground attacks over 24 hours
SANAA, Nov. 7 (YPA) – At least eight civilians were killed and ten injured, including two children, when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched air and ground attacks on several provinces of Yemen during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.
- In Saada province:
Three civilians were killed and two children injured in a coalition’s missile bombing at Tallan area of Haidan district.
Missile and artillery shells were fired at residential villages in Monabeh and Haidan districts.
Meanwhile, coalition warplanes launched four strikes on a main road in Burkan area of Razih district.
Two airstrikes hit Qad area of Razih.
An airstrike was waged on Aal-Ali market in Razih, causing heavy damage.
- In Hodeidah province:
Four civilians were killed when the coalition targeted civilians’ homes.
Four civilians were seriously injured and houses of citizens damaged in coalition’s attacks in the area of 7 July and nearby areas.
A civilian’s home was destroyed in Aysa residential city of Hali district.
Coalition bombed the grain silos in the east of the city.
- In Hajjah province:
A civilian was killed and four were injured in artillery shells at Aor village in Mostaba district.
