Israel: S-300 defense system deprives us of flying over Syria

SANAA, Nov. 7 (YPA) – Zionist MK in Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Ksenia Svetlova said that “Israeli warplanes did not carry out a single air strike on Syria after receiving the S-300 defense systems from Russia.

“We have not carried out a single air raid since the delivery of S-300  defense systems to Syria. The S-300 system changes the balance of power in the region, “ Ksenia Svetlova told reporters on Monday.

She commented on reports about launching air strikes on Syrian territory last October, saying “I do not know about the implementation of any military air strikes since the delivery of S-300, and according to my information it has not been done.”
