Hezbollah calls on world to stand up against Saudi-US aggression on Yemen
BEIRUT, Aug. 24 (YPA) – Lebanese Hezbollah called, in a statement issued Friday, on the whole world to stand up against the Saudi-American barbaric aggression on Yemen in order not to be a partner in the aggression crimes.
The statement of Hezbollah said “Before the blood of schoolchildren in Yemen’s Saada become dry, the Saudi-American aggression committed a new massacre that claimed lives of scores of children and women in Hodeidah.”
The statement denounced the suspicious silence of the international community and the United Nations towards such crimes.
Hezbollah considered the Saudi-US coalition’s killing of children and women, and the destruction of schools, hospitals, markets and archaeological sites in Yemen, war crimes that must be condemned by free people in the world.
On Thursday, the coalition warplanes targeted a car was carrying displaced people, as well as a family in al-Kua’h area in Durihemi district of Hodeidah, which led to the killing of 30 people, including 20 children and five women.
