Urgent: Unknown gunmen killed soldier in Taiz

TAIZ, July 10 (YPA) – A soldier was killed on Tuesday by unknown gunmen in the center of Taiz province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
The official confirmed the assassination of a soldier belonging to the so-called national army by masked gunmen riding a motorcycle in Jamal street of Taiz.
Taiz witnessed large-scale conflicts, assassinations and arrests between the armed factions of the Islah Party and the pro-Emirati Salafist group of Abu Abbas amid an unprecedented military and security deployment in areas under the government of exiled President Hadi.
