Judicial Inspection Authority issues circular to all courts

SANAA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – The Judicial Inspection Authority in Sanaa issued on Tuesday a circular to all courts of first instance and appellate to activate the provisions of Article 105 of the Pleadings Law.

The Authority explained that the aim is to expedite and complete the judicial litigation procedures.

The Article 105 of the Pleadings Law requires using electronic means to inform litigants of dates and papers.
