American forces leave Bagram base in Afghanistan

SANAA, Oct. 13 (YPA) – American forces began evacuating their largest base in Afghanistan, north of the Afghan capital, Kabul.

An administrative official in the Afghan Senate stated that the US forces began vandalizing and demolishing the buildings at Bagram Air Base and transporting equipment to Pakistan.

The sabotage and transfer of military equipment to Pakistan was met with stinging criticism from the Senate, which demanded the American forces to hand over these war equipment to the Afghan side.
The most famous prison and airport is located in the base from which the US forces carried out all air operations in the country.
