One killed, four wounded in Saudi-led shelling on Saada

SAADA, Oct. 7 (YPA) – At least one citizen was killed and four others wounded on Wednesday after Saudi-led coalition forces launched artillery attacks on several areas of Saada province, northern Yemen, a security official said.

The populated area off al-Raqw area in Monabbih border district, was hit by artillery shelling and gunfire, killing one civilian and wounding four others, the official explained.

On Monday, one civilian was killed and three others were wounded in Saudi shelling on the same area.

Saada’s border districts are daily subjected to constant rocketry and artillery bombing, causing casualties and large damage to citizens’ homes and property.
