Parliament directs Gov’t to suspend Endowments Office’s director in capital

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The Parliament on Wednesday directed the National Salvation Government to prevent arbitrary actions that violate the law and order and to suspend director of the endowment office in the capital Sanaa and refer him for investigation.

This came during the House’s session, in which it reviewed its letter addressed to head of the government Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor regarding a complaint raised to the Parliament by a number of families of martyrs and soldiers in the fronts and residents of Asr area in the capital Sanaa city, including the Parliament’s member Mohammed al-Radhi.

The residents referred, in their complaint, to what they are exposed to by Director of the Endowments Office in the capital who sends security patrols to surround their homes and close their shops to force them to lease them, as they said.
