Parliament urges Gov’t to pay full attention to technical institutes

SANAA, Feb. 16 (YPA) – The Parliament discussed in its Sunday session, headed by Deputy Speaker Akram Abdullah Attiya, the Education Committee’s report on the conditions of technical education and vocational training in light of the continued aggression and siege.

In the context of their discussion, the House’s members stressed the importance of giving full attention to the technical institutes by the National Salvation Government in order to accommodate young people and qualify them to meet the labor market needs in all areas of development.

The members referred to the magnitude of the damage left by the aggression coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE as a result of targeting buildings and equipment of technical and vocational training institutes and community colleges in all provinces of the country.
