Coalition forces continue to bomb civilians’ areas in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Jan. 12 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition forces on Sunday bombed populated areas in several areas of Hodeidah province with more than 50 rockets and artillery shells, a security official reported.

The official confirmed that over 20 artillery shells were fired at civilians’ areas in south of al-Tuhita district, while 13 shells targeted al-Shajan villages in the outskirts of al-Druayhimi district besieged by the coalition forces.

More than 15 katyusha rockets and artillery shells were fired on citizens’ areas and properties in Muthallath al-Odein and al-Dhama bridge in Hays district, he added.

The bombing left large damage to citizens’ homes and property the targeted areas, according to the official.
