Army repulses coalition attack in Taiz

TAIZ, Oct. 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Wednesday repulsed an attack carried out by the Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of the mercenaries fled after being attacked by the army in Hawmarah area of Mawiyah district, the official added.

On Tuesday, the army repelled an infiltration attempt carried by the mercenaries towards al-Kadah area in the same province, inflicting the mercenaries heavy losses.
