Arrest operation launched against UAE-backed STC recruits in Shabwah

SHABWAH, Oct. 9 (YPA) – The Saudi-backed Islamic Islah party’s militants on Wednesday conducted a coordinated arrest operation against recruits of Southern Transitional Council (STC) backed by the UAE in Shabwah province, sources said.

The sources added that the militants arrested 16 recruits of the STC during the operation.
