Update: Several militants killed in Jawf

JAWF, April 5 (YPA) – Several militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition were killed and injured on Friday in multiple bomb blasts in Jawf province, northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the blasts took place in Jarshab front, Ham, Al-A’hmar Mountain in Ambarh district, when the militants tried to advance towards the army’s sites, leaving casualties in their ranks.

Meanwhile,  the army forces set up an ambush targeted the militants in the eastern part of Maton district, causing deaths and injuries.

Earlier in the day, the army forces repelled an infiltration attempt carried out by the militants towards Jarshab area of Ghail district, killing and injuring dozens of them.
