Yemeni army launches offensive on coalition’s positions in Hajjah

HAJJAH, April 1 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday launched attacks on military positions of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Hajjah province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the army forces backed by artillery unit attacked the militants’ positions in the eastern part of Nar Mountain, killing and wounding several of them.

Furthermore, the army forces attacked the militants’ positions in Tabat al-Sayan west of A’ahem district, leaving deaths and injuries in their ranks.

Meanwhile, a Saudi military vehicle was destroyed in the same district by an improvised explosive device, planted by the army’s engineering unit, killing all its crew members.
