SANAA, Feb. 13 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Wednesday discussed with Ayman Makki, acting director of the office of the special envoy of the UN secretary-general to Yemen, the latest developments of the Yemeni political process.
The meeting touched on the developments of the situation in Hodeidah province and the implementation of Stockholm agreement.
The minister indicated to the repercussions of the situation in Hodeidah province and its impact on the deteriorating humanitarian situation.
Sharaf stressed that the international community and the United Nations should adopt the path of peaceful political solution and work to achieve all that would spare civilians’ blood and protect their property from destruction.
