Deputy Planning Minister praises Relano’s active role in Yemen

SANAA, Feb. 13 (YPA) – Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ismail al-Mahaqari praised on Wednesday the active role played by Meritxell Relano, UNICEF’s resident representative in Yemen at alleviating a humanitarian tragedy caused by the Saudi-led coalition.

The move came during honoring ceremony on the occasion of ending Relano’s work in Yemen.

Relano stressed on the importune to continue the activities of UNICEF organization in light of the difficult circumstances and a humanitarian tragedy in Yemen as a result of the the ongoing war led by the coalition.
