Foreign Ministry condemns terrorist bombing in Nairobi
SANAA, Jan. 16 (YPA) – The Foreign Ministry in the National Salvation Government on Wednesday condemned the terrorist bombing that took place on Tuesday in the Kenyan capital Nairobi and resulted in several dead and wounded.
In a statement to Yemen News Agency (Saba), the ministry renewed Yemen’s condemnation of all forms of terrorism.
The statement stressed the importance of exerting efforts by the international community to eliminate terrorism and its roots and sources, as it is a dangerous scourge threatening international peace and security.
It voiced Yemen’s solidarity with the Republic of Kenya in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
The foreign ministry expressed sincere condolences to the victims’ families and wished quick recovery to the wounded.
