HODEIDAH, Dec. 19 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition on Wednesday continued its attacks on a number of residential areas and heavy overflights of warplanes and spy aircraft over the city of Hodeidah on the second day of the United Nations-declared ceasefire.
Local sources told Yemen Press Agency that the coalition-backed militants intensified their artillery attacks on al-Khamseen Street in the city.
They indicated that two military bulldozers belonging to the militants have established news fortifications east of Sha’ab city, and artillery bombed the city with a number of shells, leaving destruction.
The coalition’s warplanes and espionage stepped up their flights on the city of Hodeidah and its eastern and southern districts, the sources said.
